Printworks, London

Date Saturday 5th October
Venue Printworks

Marking 25 years of Metalheadz, the historic dnb label will take over the vast surrounds of Printworks London for the most significant show in their history on Sat 5 Oct.

The bulk of the line-up needs little introduction. As founder of Metalheadz, the main man Goldie will be joined by a stacked bill of hugely influential talents from the dnb realm in the Press Halls for an eleven-hour celebration in the iconic Press Halls.

Doc Scott joins the party with the likes of Fabio & Grooverider, Zinc, Randall, Dub Phizix & Strategy, DJ Storm, Om Unit and Flight. It's fair to say each of these artists has played a pivotal role in shaping the UK dnb scene, creating a sound that is truly trademark.

Since Metalheadz is celebrating its quarter of a century milestone, special guests David Rodigan and My Nu Leng have also been invited to join the furore. Rodigan, who's known for his 'ganja-scented, bass heavy' reggae is a stone-cold legend on the UK music scene. Covering the sounds of reggae, drum and bass and dubstep, Bristolian duo My Nu Leng have followed a meteoric rise over the last few years due to their versatile approach to producing and on-point track selections behind the booth. A perfect amalgam of established and fresh talent to take part in this huge Metalheadz gathering.

Not forgetting the more intimate and low ceilinged Dark Room, an eclectic mix of UK-based artists from the dnb circuit in the form of Artificial Intelligence, Zero T, Benny L, Nymfo, DLR, Ant TC1, Grey Code and Phase soundtrack the space for a proper sweaty rave-up. Codebreaker, Visionobi, LowQui & more complete the bill on MC duties.
